I’ve submitted the form. What happens next, and when will I get a quote?
Once you click submit, the form sends a complete briefing package, including your attachments and selected requirements, directly to the agency’s inbox. You will also receive a confirmation that it was sent. The agency will review your project details and reach out to you directly via the email or phone number you provided to discuss next steps. A formal quote is typically prepared already or will be after this initial review, usually within 1 to 3 business days depending on project complexity.
Do I need to have all my exact content, logos, and legal numbers ready before I start?
Not at all. The form is designed to capture everything we need to know, but you do not have to have every single detail finalized. For example, the legal step (KvK, VAT, etc.) is important but can be skipped or marked as “To be provided” if you don’t have the number yet. Similarly, for page content and social media links, you can provide placeholders or leave the field empty if they aren’t ready. The agency will follow up to gather missing details later.
I don’t have a fixed budget yet, can I still fill out the budget section?
Yes, absolutely. The budget field is designed to give the agency a rough indication of your spending expectations, not an exact final number. If you are unsure, simply select the range that feels closest to your general financial comfort zone, or choose the “Flexible / Not sure yet” option if available. This helps the agency tailor the proposal to your financial situation without locking you into a fixed price before the consultation.
Is my uploaded logo, document, or image safe and kept private?
Yes. The uploads are sent directly to the agency’s email and stored securely in your WordPress database alongside your submission. The files are not shared publicly on the internet. If you are uploading sensitive brand assets, rest assured that the agency uses this information strictly to prepare your website quote and design. If you prefer, you can always skip the upload and provide your files via a secure link after the agency contacts you.
Can I save my progress and come back to finish the form later?
This particular intake form is designed as a single-session wizard, so your progress is not saved if you close the browser halfway through. We recommend setting aside about 5–10 minutes to complete it in one go. However, you can freely use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons to navigate between the 6 steps before submitting, and we suggest gathering your content ideas, social handles, and page preferences in a separate document first so you can copy-paste them quickly.
