In 2022, TSI Digital Solution was founded by a European entrepreneur with a bold vision: to build a future-ready digital agency rooted in Bali, Indonesia. After a long and successful career in the European banking and insurance sector, he made a bold life decision: to start over in Indonesia, following a long-held dream of building a purposeful business in one of the world’s most creative and inspiring places—Bali.
But the journey didn’t start smoothly. After moving to Bali and preparing for the company’s legal and operational setup, the unexpected hit—the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. What should have been the beginning of a new chapter became a time of uncertainty, delays, and reflection. With travel restrictions, lockdowns, and economic instability across the whole world, the path forward was unclear.
From Crisis to Commitment – The Foundation Before 2022
Despite the global setbacks, our founder remained focused. Through that challenging period, preparations continued – legal permits, strategic planning, and remote collaborations laid the groundwork for what would soon become TSI Digital Solution. The goal was not just to build a company, but to build a bridge between cultures, global digital standards and local empowerment.
When the world slowly began to recover, we launched TSI Digital Solution—not just as a business, but as a commitment to innovation, resilience, and community support.
